Our team has over 80 years of combined experience in the vacation rental industry. We have a wide range of skills and expertise, including operations, business ownership, marketing, vendor relations, and deep technology development with a focus on business analytics and marketing for the vacation rental and resort industries.
CHRIS WALKER
CEO / Co-Founder
Chris has a wealth of knowledge in both hospitality and real estate industries and over 35yrs of experience. This background has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to provide top-notch services to his clients. His passion for the business and strong reputation have helped him build a successful real estate and vacation rental business and now the ability to bring real meaningful changes to those industries with the development of Booking Insights, LLC.
With Chris’s people skills and industry expertise, coupled with Josh Szatmari’s incredible industry insights and technology abilities, the two are making exceptional changes that are having huge impacts on their client’s businesses today and into the future.
CTO and Co-founder, Josh is a 20 plus year vacation rental tech industry veteran. He went through all tech stages in his career, from building vacation rental websites, booking engines, market places, web based property management systems, and managing involved in all digital marketing and data analytics aspects of the business, from SEO, to PPC, to remarketing and retargeting campaigns, as well as, building tools for the revenue management analytics.
Josh has multiple degrees, a Master of a Science in Physics and Statistics, an Engineering Degree, Revenue Management degree from Cornell and multiple certifications from Microsoft for programming and Google for Ads and Web Analytics.
Chris's passion for entrepreneurship and vacation rentals and Josh's passion for tech and data analysis resulted in an innovative business Booking Insights, that strives to assist Vacation Rental Companies in making educated, data driven business decisions that significantly affects their bottom line.
